Question How do I use my coupon when making a purchase?

At Checkout you may enter your Coupon Code/Promotional Code in the designated box and click Apply to take advantage of the special offer.

Question Will sales tax be applied to my order?

JMcLaughlin.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to states where J.McLaughlin has stores or other operations. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: CT, D.C., FL, IL, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA. Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary.

Question Is the credit card information I submit secure?

The J.McLaughlin online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your order is as safe online as it is in our stores.

Question How can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing immediately. For further inquires please call us at 718-532-9021. Please have your order number ready when you call.

Question How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is received and again when it is processed and shipped. You may also log into your J.McLaughlin Online Shopping Account.

Question I have received notification that my order is out of stock.

Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order as the item you requested is out of stock. Your account has not been charged and the order has been cancelled. Question How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for standard UPS Ground delivery. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. The majority of orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday-Friday, will ship the same business day.

Question Can you ship my order outside of the United States?

At this time, on JMcLaughlin.com we do not offer the option of shipping outside of the United States. We may be able to accommodate International shipping upon request, please contact jries@jmclaughlin.com for International shipping requests.

Question Can you ship my order to a post office box?

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Question What is the return policy?

J.McLaughlin will gladly exchange, refund or offer merchandise credit within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days of receipt for web orders. For up to 14 days, we're happy to exchange your merchandise or offer a merchandise credit at the current selling price. Online purchases can be returned by mail or to a J.McLaughlin store. In all cases, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items on sale*, personalized product and J.McLaughlin Outlet and Company Store merchandise are final sale only.

*Except for sale items sold online, unless designated FINAL SALE.

Your package will arrive with a receipt, packing slip and a confirmation card. For faster returns and exchanges, please use the "Ship To" address on the card. Your package will also include a return shipping label. Simply drop off your package with return label at any UPS store or arrange for a pick-up. When processing your return, we will deduct the shipping charges from the credit due.

Question When will my refund be processed?

Credit for returned merchandise will be processed within 24 hours of the date J.McLaughlin receives the merchandise.

Question How long do credit card charges take to appear on my statement?

Please note credits can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your account statement.

Question What is your pricing policy?

We strive for accuracy in our advertising. There are times, however, that errors occur relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to limit orders if inventory runs low due to overwhelming orders. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Question What is your price adjustment policy?

We cannot offer any price adjustments at this time.

Question Do J.McLaughlin Gift Cards expire, have fees, or limitations?

J.McLaughlin Gift Cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable both in-store and at JMclaughlin.com. Your Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.

Delivery of a Gift Card to an incorrect but deliverable address provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Question How do I check the balance on a Gift Card?

You may check the balance of you Gift Card by clicking on My Account on the footer of our site and following the View Gift Card Balance prompt. You can also check the balance on a Gift Card by visiting or calling any of our store locations.

Question How do I make a purchase with a Gift Card?

At Checkout click inside the box titled Redeem Your Gift Card and enter the 12 digit number on the back of your gift card. If you have any questions when redeeming your gift card please call 718-532-9021.

Question Can I purchase a gift card in any nomination?

Absolutely! Our gift cards are available in any nomination. If you are interested in ordering a gift card please call 718-532-9021, we will be able to accommodate your request.

Question How do I find an item that was advertised or at the store?

Some items are available in-store only. If you are unable to find an item online, please visit a J.McLaughlin store where a sales associate will be happy to assist you. You may also email cs@jmclaughlin.com for email assistance.

Question Is all the merchandise in J.McLaughlin stores available online?

JMcLaughlin.com offers a select assortment of merchandise. Not all merchandise in our stores is available online.

Question Do you offer gift wrap?

Our custom-designed J.McLaughlin gift wrap is always complimentary.
