Do you offer complementary gift wrap?
Yes! We will individually gift wrap each item in your online order with our signature J. McLaughlin wrapping paper. We can include a card with a personalized message and gift receipt as well.
What is the last day I can place a monogram order and receive my shipment by Dec. 25th?
December 11th is the last day customers can place orders for monogrammed products and receive their package in time for December 25th.

How do I use my coupon when making a purchase?

Will sales tax be applied to my order?
JMcLaughlin.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to states where J.McLaughlin has stores or other operations. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: CT, D.C., FL, IL, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, VA. Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary.
Is the credit card information I submit secure?
The J.McLaughlin online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your order is as safe online as it is in our stores.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing immediately. For further inquires please call us at 718-532-9035. Please have your order number ready when you call.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order is received and again when it is processed and shipped. You may also log into your J.McLaughlin Online Shopping Account.
I have received notification that my order is out of stock.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for standard UPS Ground delivery. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. The majority of orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday-Friday, will ship the same business day.
Can you ship my order outside of the United States?
At this time, on JMcLaughlin.com we are only able to ship to the contiguous United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Please note, orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may only be shipped via UPS ground.
Can you ship my order to a post office box?
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can you ship my order to an APO/military address?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to APO/military addresses.
What is your holiday return policy?
For items purchased on or after November 1, 2012 we gladly accept returns until January 15, 2013 for a full refund/exchange. For items purchased outside of this window, our regular return policy applies. Final sale and worn items may not be returned. Return items purchased on JMcLaughlin.com to any J. McLaughlin store free of charge. (Receipt required.)
When will my refund be processed?
Credit for returned merchandise will be processed within 2-4 business days from the date the merchandise is received.
What is the online return policy?
- J.McLaughlin will gladly exchange, refund or offer merchandise credit for full price and sale merchandise within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- Online purchases can be returned by mail or to a J.McLaughlin store.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with tags still attached.
- Monogrammed items are FINAL SALE.
Your package will arrive with a receipt, packing slip and a confirmation card. For faster returns and exchanges, please use the "Ship To" address on the card. Your package will also include a return shipping label. Simply drop off your package with return label at any UPS store or arrange for a pick-up. When processing your return, we will deduct the shipping charges from the credit due.

How long do credit card charges take to appear on my statement?
Please note credits can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your account statement.
What is your pricing policy?
We strive for accuracy in our advertising. There are times, however, that errors occur relating to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to limit orders if inventory runs low due to overwhelming orders. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
What is your price adjustment policy?
We cannot offer any price adjustments at this time.
Am I able to change the frequecny at which I receive emails from J. McLaughlin?
Yes, you may remove yourself entirely from our email list or change your frequency. At the bottom of the email there is a link that says "If you would like to update your email preferences or unsubscribe, click here."
Then click "CLICK HERE"
And you can unsubscribe or change your preferences to receive one email a day. You may also email cs@jmclaughlin.com and request that we do this for you.
Will J.McLaughlin sell or rent my e-mail address to other companies?
No. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, analyzing trends and statistics, and at your request, informing you of our new products, services and special offers.

Can you add me to your customer list if I live far from a J.McLaughlin location?
Absolutely! We are able to send J.McLaughlin mailers to any US address. Simply email us at cs@jmclaughlin.com with your mailing information and we would be happy to add you to our database.
How do I check the balance on a Gift Card?
You may check the balance of you Gift Card by clicking on My Account on the footer of our site and following the View Gift Card Balance prompt. You can also check the balance on a Gift Card by visiting or calling any of our store locations.
How do I make a purchase with a Gift Card?
At Checkout click inside the box titled Redeem Your Gift Card and enter the 12 digit number on the back of your gift card. If you have any questions when redeeming your gift card please call 718-532-9035.
Do J.McLaughlin Gift Cards expire, have fees, or limitations?
J.McLaughlin Gift Cards do not expire, do not have fees and are redeemable both in-store and at JMcLaughlin.com. Your Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.
Delivery of a Gift Card to an incorrect but deliverable address provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can I purchase a gift card in any denomination?
Our gift cards are available for purchase online in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $250, $500, $1000. If you are interested in ordering a gift card with a denomination other than what is available online, please call 718-532-9035, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Do you personalize?
Yes, you can add a personal touch to some of our products with the addition of a custom monogram. The fee for this service is $15 per item. All eligible products are noted.
