Jay is in charge of merchandising, operations, and new store construction. As a student at New York University School of Business, his uncanny sense of forwardthinking became apparent when he bought, gutted and renovated brownstones in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. The profit from his vision provided the capital to start J. McLaughlin with his brother Kevin.

Kevin is the creative force behind the beautifully designed and crafted clothing and accessories at J. McLaughlin. After graduating from Siena College, his tenure with a traditional men’s clothier convinced him that there was a market for a fresh new approach to classic American clothing.

As President and CEO, Steven has led the company from a traditional retail operation into the only casual sportswear retailer with fully integrated design and manufacturing capabilities. He has successfully helmed the company’s steady expansion to 45 stores nationwide, wholesale distribution and e-commerce.
