Aston Linen Safari Jacket in Herringbone

So this is actually my 3rd linen safari jacket from J.McLaughlin…yes 3rd. As ever the linen is very substantial and the jacket is very well made. Size medium fits me perfectly. The only reason I didn’t give this one 5 stars is because of the color. In pictures the jacket looked to be a very classic navy blue. However, the jacket I received was several shades lighter than what the pictures depicted. I’m aware that there can sometimes be differences between a products online images and the actual product itself, but the differences with this jacket were pretty stark. I’ll keep it and I’m sure I will get a lot of use out of it, but I don’t think I would have ordered it had I known what the true color would be.
