Start your return and print a pre-paid FedEx return label here. A $9.95 restocking fee (per order) will be deducted from your refund.

Return In Store
Enjoy complimentary returns in stores. Swing by your local J.McLaughlin store with your item and packing slip. Our team will happily process your return or exchange in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy

At J.McLaughlin, we want you to love your purchases. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• NOTE: Styles from our Frances Valentine collaboration may only be returned online at jmclaughlin.com or in a J.McLaughlin store.
• Returns are complimentary in stores. A $9.95 restocking fee (per order) will be deducted from your refund for returns made by mail.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags attached.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed 3-5 days after we receive your return. Credit notification emails will be sent for each credit applied to an order.
• FINAL SALE and MONOGRAMMED items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• J.McLaughlin monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in store! Please bring the item(s) and packing slip to any J.McLaughlin and we will gladly process an exchange for you. Items can be exchanged according to the return policy.

*We no longer offer exchanges by mail. For online orders, please log into your account and place a new order.

Price Adjustments

J.McLaughlin gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise that has been permanently marked-down within 14 days of the ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. No adjustments during limited time promotional events. Items must be purchased during designated dates to receive promotional price.

Gift Returns By Mail

All Returns are issued to the original form of payment unless a Gift Return is requested.

To Request a Gift Return by Mail:

• Email customerservice@jmclaughlin.com with the subject line "Gift Return". Include the original order number or receipt number.
• We will happily send you a return label and our Gift Return Mail-In Form, which must be completed and included inside your return shipment.
• Gift returns may take up to 10 business days for processing. Return credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card, and recipient will receive Gift Card information via email.
