COVID-19

Some of our stores are now open. Come in, we can't wait to see you! Our stores will be cleaned, our teams will be wearing masks, and we will be practicing social distancing. We will also provide disposable masks and hand sanitzer for you. Prefer to shop from home, schedule an appointment, or arrange for curbside pick-up? Contact your local store for assistance, we're here for anything that you need!


For stores that remain temporarily closed, we're only a phone call/text/e-mail away. Our teams are working from home and can arrange for curbside pick-up or free delivery.

We will send you photos of styles you'd like to try, help with styling, and make recommendations based on your past purchases.

Our warehouse teams, who run our shipping and receiving facility, are considered essential personnel, to us they always have been. Not only do they wear the necessary PPE, but new strategic scheduling is in place to stagger their hours so they can practice the required distancing.


Select managers are also going into their respective store location, for the sole purpose of processing any necessary orders or returns. While these managers have the necessary PPE, they do not interact with customers or any other associates during this time in accordance with local mandates.

We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner but our first priority is the safety of our staff. To ensure that our team is abiding by the guidelines put in place for all essential personnel, it may take longer to process and ship your order.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not recommend using a Debit card on our site.

Charges may take up to 5 days to appear on your credit card. An Authorization for the full amount of the transaction will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase. The credit card will only be charged as items are shipped. If your order is being shipped from separate locations, you will see separate payment captures for each shipment.

The J. McLaughlin online ordering process that involves credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your order is as safe online as it is in our stores.

J.McLaughlin.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to states where J. McLaughlin has stores or other operations. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, D.C., FL, GA, KY, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA. Tax will be calculated at time of checkout and will be included in your order summary.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the UPS tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account or checking our Order Status page. From there you can click the tracking number for progress of your shipment. Please note tracking numbers may take one business day to update with UPS.

Please email customer service at customerservice@jmclaughlin.com and in the subject line write "CHANGE IN MY ORDER" and be sure to include your order number, first and last name and phone number. We will help you through the process of creating a new order.

If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased online through our site here, or in your local J.McLaughlin store.

Gift Cards can be used in all J.McLaughlin store locations, and can be applied to all phone orders through Customer Service. Customer Service is available M-F, 9:30 – 5:30 EST.

Gift Information

Yes! Gift Wrap can be added to individual items or an entire order by selecting “Gift Options” on the Shopping Bag page.

No, gift wrapping is complimentary online and at all of our J. McLaughlin stores. We provide gift wrapping on Full price merchandise only.

If you would like a gift message included in your order, please email customer service with your request as soon as your order is placed. We will write your note on our J.McLaughlin stationery and include it with your gift.

Please specify if you would like to include a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.

Yes. Please enter a separate shipping address at checkout when prompted to do so.
