Yes! We are partnered with Global E, a trusted cross border solution, to offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, Australia and United Kingdom. You can select a shipping country by updating the flag icon on the upper left of your screen. If your country is not listed in the drop-down, then we cannot ship products to your country at this time. After selecting a country we will calculate pricing in your local currency and any duties & taxes at checkout.
We offer free shipping for international orders over $200 USD. Any orders under $200 USD will have a flat rate $20 USD shipping charge. All international orders are shipped with Express Courier (Air) through DHL Express.

Yes. Duties & taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authorities. We require duties & taxes to be paid upfront during checkout to ensure a seamless delivery. If your order delivery is refused you may not be refunded for duties & taxes paid.

Yes. Promo codes can be applied to an international order through the “Promo Codes” box on the Shopping Cart page. Promo Codes cannot be applied on the Checkout page, hosted by Global E.
Yes. International returns have a flat rate $25 USD shipping cost, and items are eligible for returns within 30 days. Return requests can be started here.

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the UPS tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an email with a tracking number for each shipment. Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account or checking our Order Status page. From there you can click the tracking number for progress of your shipment. Please note tracking numbers may take one business day to update with UPS.

If you would like a gift message included in your order, select “Gift Options” at Checkout and enter your Gift Message. We will write your note on our J.McLaughlin stationery and include it with your gift.

Charges may take up to 5 days to appear on your credit card. An Authorization for the full amount of the transaction will be placed on your credit card at the time of purchase.
