At J.McLaughlin, the holiday season has always been about community, celebration, and giving back—and last week, all three came together beautifully at our Lexington Avenue flagship. We were thrilled to officially kick off the season with a festive fête hosted by friends of the brand Selby Drummond, Will Kahn, and Walker Ward, who made the most memorable entrance of the evening by arriving as Santa in a custom toile suit. (Consider it your sneak peek of a signature print from our 2026 collection!)

The event brought together generations of J.McLaughlin customers, neighbors, brand loyalists, editors, tastemakers, and our own senior leadership—showcasing that the heart of our brand truly lies in the communities we serve.

To make the evening even more festive, we invited a curated mix of partners and artisans—including Tuck Shop chocolate, Caroline’s Cakes, Curamia tequila, Black River Caviar, Kinderbrook Home, Jenny Cipoletti Jewelry, Lele Sadoughi, and Orsini Glassware—creating a one-stop holiday marketplace filled with gifts, treats, and joyful discovery.

We were even joined by the Manhattan Holiday Carolers! Meanwhile, Alvise Orsini’s holiday windows glowed in the background.

This special evening benefited Monday Night Hospitality (MNH), an organization that has served the Upper East Side for more than 40 years by offering warm, nutritious meals and genuine community to neighbors in need. MNH’s mission reflects values we deeply believe in: hospitality, dignity, generosity, and care.

The evening marked another meaningful moment in our Joy Looks Good on Everyone holiday campaign—a celebration of the moments, traditions, and relationships that make the season sparkle. It also closed out an exciting year for our brand, with so much more ahead in 2026.
To everyone who joined us on Lexington Avenue: thank you for bringing your warmth, your style, and your generous spirit. We are grateful for this community, inspired by the work of Monday Night Hospitality, and delighted to share this season of joy with you.
