 To Me, September Is…

My favorite month of the year!  My birthday is September the 7th, and I’ve long said September is one of the most glorious months of the year. There's less to do in the garden, nights are cool, and we have dahlias prolifically blooming!

The Inspiration Behind My Book A Year At Clove Brook Farm:

I have learned so much about gardening, entertaining, keeping flocks, and

collecting antiques and wanted to share it with others. To encourage

people to try some of the things that I have learned to do and not be afraid of failing, as it's part of the learning process.
